
How do you price your projects? Based upon what you’d like done, we’ll put a free quote together for you. An important fact to remember is that we’ll work within any budget over $300, as our success is based partially on our service-oriented flexibility. If the cost is acceptable, we’ll schedule a time to take care of the work. As an incentive, our service will generally cost less if we’re able to perform the work early in November as opposed to the pre-holiday rush that typically starts after Thanksgiving. Is your work guaranteed? Yes. Our success depends on your satisfaction, and we’ll make changes if you desire them. We are interested in building long- lasting customer relationships. There are things that can happen to lights for a variety of reasons, including wind, rain and other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, our professional staff will return to troubleshoot whatever problem exists quickly and efficiently. We do ask you unplug your lights during times of bad weather to minimize interrupted service. Do you provide lights and supplies, or will you hang and use mine? We provide all the lights necessary to complete the job. We can only guarantee and warranty lights and workmanship that we provide. Do we lease or own our lights? All lights are included in the service package and guaranteed. Two options, purchase or lease at the same low price. When Leasing You will never own old lights, store bulky strands, or be stuck with the same color of lights year after year. We replace the strands as needed and guarantee them. Why buy lights when you can have them guaranteed year after year and have the option to change colors upon renewal. Do you take the lights down at the end of the season? Yes. Taking down the displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide for you before we start work. We begin taking lights down on January 2nd and continue to do so through 15th of January. Do you charge to store the lights? Storage is included in the lease service package. The quote you were given includes everything from lights, install and takedown, and storage. Do we need to be home for the installation? Not for exterior work. Please leave all outside socket switches on and sprinkler systems off on the install day. Interior installation work you must be home. Why should I use your service instead of someone else’s?
